- We print in batches. Printing starts once 10 signs have been ordered by all families combined, so most orders arrive within 7 to 20 days.

- No! We print signs in batches. Once 10 signs have been ordered, by any families, we send them to print. Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 days.
- Do you deliver?
- We handle pickup and delivery manually. You'll hear from us when your sign is ready — we don't collect a delivery address at checkout.
- Can I order a rental sign here?
- Rental signs are sold separately at our greetings site, not here. This shop is for retail (purchased) signs only.
- Does my sign need a photo?
- Only some signs need a photo (for example, a Big Head cutout of the graduate). If yours does, you'll see an upload area on that product.
- Can I check the spelling of the name?
- Yes! For signs where the name is printed, we show a reminder to double-check spelling before you add to cart — it's printed exactly as you type it.
- Do I need an account?
- No — checkout is guest-only. Just enter your email and phone so we can reach you.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
- How do I track my order?
- Use the Track my order page with your email or order number.
